 Olivia Newton-john found herself in hot water recently when she mistook a fan page for a fraud account. 

The 72-year-old shared a screenshot of an Instagram account named ‘Olivia Newton John Official Fanpage’ and urged fans to block them. 

“Fraud Alert! This Instagram account is in no way associated with [me],” she wrote on Instagram. “Please block and report,” she declared. 

Fans immediately took to the comments to blast the singer for her error, with many attempting to explain the fan meant no malice. Elsewhere on Instagram, Olivia’s daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, revealed that she has recently been under intense stress. 

Replying to a fan, who thought she looked “kinda skinny”, Chloe, 35, wrote: “Been stressed, so lost some weight. I’m working on putting it back on.”
