Olivia Newton-john releases duet recorded with daughter

Olivia Newton-john has been enjoying her time quarantining with her daughter Chloe Rose Lattanzi so much so that she invited her to collaborate on a new song. 

In an interview with “Today” published Friday, Newton-john, 72, said she wasn't looking for the song the song titled “Window in the Wall” – it sort of found her. 

“I played the song and I started crying. It was really emotional, the song really hit me in the gut,” the Australian artist said. 

“It was just a knowingness that I had to do this song and the first person I thought of was Chloe because it was about relationships, it was about forgiveness, compassion, seeing the other side, other people's point of view, and still with love. And understanding and kindness.” 

Newton-john, who in 2018 revealed she was battling cancer for a third time, told “Today” that her positivity keeps her going through the dark moments.
