OLIVIA SHOWS HER FIGHTING SPIRIT WITH CANCER WALK
Daily Express

OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN put on a brave face on her first public outing since announcing that she is again suffering from cancer.

Despite being hit by the disease for the third time, this weekend the Grease star, 69, looked in her element and couldn’t stop smiling as she celebrated with fellow campaigners at the Wellness Walk – an annual cancer fundraising event in Melbourne, Australia.

As Day & Night previously reported, the star told fans last week she’s prepared to do whatever it takes to beat her diagnosis and revealed that she’s been using controversial cannabis oil to help treat her symptoms.

“I’m very lucky that I live in a state [California] where it is legal and that I have a husband [John Easterling] who is a plant-medicine man,” said the singer and actress, who discovered the disease had returned late last year. “My husband’s always there to support me and I believe I will win over it and that’s my goal.”
