OLIVIA’S A GRANDMA AT LAST!

After her daughter Chloe shared a bumpy photo, Olivia’s friends say her dream is finally coming true

Fans were quick to notice Chloe’s “little bump” after she posted this photo. Olivia’s daughter has been her rock during the singer’s tough cancer battle.

In what’s been a tough few years, Olivia Newton-john has something wonderful to celebrate, and it’s something she’s always dreamed of – becoming a grandmother!

A source close to the 71-yearold Grease star tells Woman’s Day that the current feeling of “positivity and euphoria swirling around her and the family at the moment” all points to Olivia’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi being pregnant.

“This is what ONJ so desperately wants for her daughter. Not just so she can become a grandmother – although this would be a dream come true – but more than anything she just needs her daughter to be happy, stable and in a good place when she’s no longer around to protect her,” the source reveals.

For years Olivia, who is battling stage four cancer, has worried that she may not meet her grandchildren, especially given that Chloe’s previous issues with eating disorders, drink and drugs could have meant it would take longer for her to conceive.

But in the past few years, Chloe, 33, who is engaged to James Driskill, has completely changed the way she lives her life – prioritising her health and family.

“Her improvement has come from having to be supportive and positive in front of Olivia – in those times when her mother was at her weakest during and after cancer treatments. It was the push to grow up that Chloe needed,” says our source.

“For the first time in years Chloe is exercising, looking in the mirror less and smiling constantly.”

While Chloe, who last week hinted at the pregnancy by posting a bumpy Instagram photo, has yet to confirm the news, friends say seeing her daughter so thrilled is just the tonic Olivia needs.

“People in ONJ’S circle are waiting to get the official word so they can celebrate, and if Chloe is pregnant there’s an element of achieving the impossible,” the source adds.
