The country retreat has a barn, stables and pool. The couple have been looking for a home close to LA.
With their wedding debuting to US audiences last weekend – leaving Aussie fans in the dark – it’s becoming clearer than ever that Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell are eyeing a move to America.
And Woman’s Day can reveal the newlyweds are in secret talks with long-time family friend Olivia Newton-john to buy her California ranch.

Olivia, 71, who put her home on the market just over a year ago as she continues her battle against breast cancer, “couldn’t think of a more lovely couple” to pass on her dream home, according to sources.
Worth $8.5 million, the agent who was listing Olivia’s luxury ranch tells Woman’s Day it was taken off the market two weeks ago. The surprise move prompted locals in the stunning Santa Ynez valley to speculate the singer and her husband John Easterling “could be in private talks with a buyer they know”.

“I’m sure she would consider it poignant to pass it on to another iconic Aussie, especially one she knows and loves,” says a source.

An insider close to Bindi, 21, says, “The couple enjoy a quiet life, but would want to be close enough to Hollywood. Plus with a place like Olivia’s, they’d be able to have animals. There’s even a guest house for [Bindi’s mum] Terri when she visits!”

D’une valeur de 8,5 millions de dollars, l’agent qui inscrivait le ranch de luxe d’Olivia a déclaré à Woman’s Day qu’il avait été retiré du marché il y a deux semaines. Cette décision surprise a incité les habitants de la magnifique vallée de Santa Ynez à spéculer que la chanteuse et son mari John Easterling "pourraient être en pourparlers privés avec un acheteur qu'ils connaissent".

Et ces acheteurs secrets seraient Bindi Irwin, amie d'ONJ, et son tout nouveau mari Chandler Powell !  Olivia ne pouvait sans doute pas rêver mieux ...
