OLIVIA Newton-John’s family claim have had “supernatural” encounters the late Grease star.

The legendary singer and actress died aged 73 last August after a long battle with breast cancer.

But both husband John Easterling and daughter Chloe Lattanzi say they have felt her presence several times and believe she has returned in the form of a floating orb.

On the 12-month anniversary of her death, Chloe said: “Two weeks after she passed my phone accidentally took a picture of my dog, and there floating by his head was a little blue orb.”

And she revealed that before her death the singer had promised to return as an orb.

Chloe, 37 said: “Mum and I had talked years back. We’d watch these paranormal shows, and I’d say, ‘You gotta show up for me.’ She was like, ‘I’ll show up as one of those orb things.’”

Widower John, 71, revealed his own encounter while visiting the spot where the couple took their vows in 2008. He said: “I took a picture, and this blue orb is right between my eyes. It’s been a supernatural year.”

ICONIC singer Olivia NewtonJohn is giving a “gift to fans” with the release of a new album nine months after her death.

The Grease actress’s album, titled Just The Two Of Us – The Duets Collection Volume One, features unreleased recordings.

Dolly Parton is one of the biggest stars on the 17-track album – out now – with a duet of Jolene.

Other big names include Sir Cliff Richard (Suddenly), Mariah Carey (Hopelessly Devoted To You), Olivia’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi (Window In The Wall) and Grease co-star John Travolta (Take A Chance).

Dolly, 77, said: “My first memory of Olivia was when her song Let Me Be There was a hit. I have loved her ever since.

“I loved every moment that I got to spend with her.” Her last memory of Olivia is singing Jolene together. Dolly said she was “proud” to be part of the duet project.

A video clip showed Olivia in the studio saying: “I’m excited. I’ve always wanted to work with Dolly.” Mariah, 54, said: “I dressed up as Bad Sandy [from Grease] for Halloween in 5th grade. Years later, THE Olivia Newton-John walked out onto my stage in Melbourne, Australia, and we sang our hearts out to Hopelessly Devoted To You. This is a moment I will never ever forget.” 

Chloe, 37, said she always wanted to sing with her mother.

She added: “I knew I wanted to record it, not only because it was with my mum but I felt the lyrics and message might help people see things from another perspective.”

Last August, Olivia, 73, died after a 30-year battle with breast cancer. Her grieving husband businessman John Easterling announced the news online.

Blake Davis, of Green Hill Productions, said: “When an artist has amassed a career spanning over 50 years, there are sometimes one or two memorable duets.

“Olivia has been an exception to that rule. It was a lot of fun putting together this record. This was a project Olivia was excited about releasing and we think it will become an instant fan favourite.”

STARS showed they were hopelessly devoted to Grease legend Olivia Newton-John at a memorial service yesterday.

Olivia, who had a string of No1 hits worldwide, died in August last year aged 73 after several battles with cancer. Thousands in attendance sang along to the Aussie’s songs, which were performed by ex-Neighbours star Delta Goodrem, 38. Dolly Parton, 77, opened the tributes in a video message, saying: “The world lost one of its greatest talents when Olivia left us.”

Sir Elton John, 75, said: “She was such a wonderful force of nature but she was funny, she was kind, she was warm and she was talented and every time we got together we laughed and laughed.’’ Nicole Kidman, 55, added: “She was just a light in this world. “I would perform her songs, when I first saw Grease, I was like ‘I want to be Olivia Newton-John’.” Mariah Carey, Sir Cliff Richard and Barry Gibb also left messages for the service at Hamer Hall, Melbourne, Australia. Olivia’s husband John Easterling, 70, said: “Every day with her was a bit of magic. She was the most courageous woman I’ve ever met.” Her daughter Chloe Lattanzi, 37, added: “My mum could find the beauty in everything. My favourite thing to do was watch her watching the birds and the flowers, smelling her roses.

OLIVIA Newton-John insists “positive thinking” and smoking cannabis helps her battle stage-four metastatic breast cancer.

The actress-and-singer was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992, which eventually went into remission, before her cancer returned in 2013.

Four years later, in 2017, she was told the cancer had spread to her bones.

The 73-year-old said: “Positive thinking is so important to living a healthy and happy life.”

Her husband John Easterling has been helping her throughout by growing medicinal cannabis to help ease her symptoms on a ranch in the US, where it is legal.

The Grease star is now campaigning for the “healing plant” to be made legal in her home country of Australia to help others suffering from chronic pain.

She said: “Medicinal cannabis is something that should be available to everyone who is going through a chronic illness or pain.”

OLIVIA Newton-john is from her husband’s drug agony of incurable cancer. The terminally ill Grease actress said her partner John Easterling, 68, is studying weed plants to find the best chemicals to ease her pain and anxiety. 

Cambridge-born but Australia-raised Olivia, 72 – stricken with stage four breast cancer that has spread to her bones – revealed: “I take cannabis tinctures my husband makes for me. “He has a whole lab where he studies the plants to find the different cannabinoids. 

 “It has been very beneficial to me with sleep, with pain, with anxiety, with inflammation.” Olivia’s husband is an expert in plant-based medicines. 

They have a cannabis farm at their home in California, where weed is legal, and the star takes the drug in liquid form throughout the day. 

The actress and singer supplied cannabis lab to reduce the fell for John while taking a mind-bending drug in the Amazon rainforest. She said they were “just friends” until 2007 when he persuaded her to try a dose of ayahuasca – a drug more powerful than LSD used in shamanic rituals. 

 

Olivia added: “I am so sensitive that after one quarter of a teaspoon, I had an experience. “That experience was part of our connection, part of my journey.”

OLIVIA Newton- John claims that cannabis has saved her life. 

The Grease star, 72, who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2017, has not had radiation in two years and uses only natural therapies. 

The actress and singer said: “I’d been on morphine for six months and weaned myself off it with cannabis. You don’t die from cannabis but people are dying every day from opiates.” 

Olivia said she and husband John Easterling, a plant medicine specialist, grow their own cannabis at home in California. “It’s legal to grow it here,” she said. “I feel very lucky I am here. A lot of that is being married to a wonderful man who specialises in plant medicine. He’s been able to make cannabis tinctures for me.” She has now launched the Olivia Newton- John Foundation to fund alternative treatment for cancer. 

She said the recent death of Kelly Preston, wife of her Grease co- star John Travolta, has motivated her.

CANCER SURVIVOR OLIVIA Newton-John says cannabis saved her life and has urged governments to treat it as a medicine. 

The Grease star, who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2017, has not had radiotherapy for two years and only uses natural therapies. 

Olivia, revealed she and husband John Easterling grow cannabis in their greenhouse in California. 

She said: “It’s legal to grow it here, so many plants per person. “I feel very lucky I am here and able to talk about cancer like this. 

A lot of that is being married to such a wonderful man who specialises in plant medicine, he’s been able to make cannabis tinctures for me.” She added: “I’d been on morphine for six months after I left the Wellness Centre (in 2018) and weaned myself off it with cannabis. “You don’t die from cannabis but there’s people dying every day from opiates.” 

 

The actor has launched the Olivia Newton-John Foundation to fund alternative therapies. She added: “Why not make it easier for people to get, particularly those suffering with pain?”
