Uniglobe Divertissement lancera The Thrive Channel , chaine américaine consacrée aux survivants du cancer, le 7 Juin pour coïncider avec la Journée nationale des survivants du cancer.

Un des nouveaux spectacles, "Destination Survie," aborde les questions communes qui se posent après un diagnostic de cancer.
La série met en scène des survivants célèbres du cancer tels que Olivia Newton-John , Jaclyn Smith , Melissa Etheridge, Diahann Carroll, et Lisa Ray .. mais pas que !

Uniglobe Entertainment will launch The Thrive Channel, devoted to cancer survivors, on June 7 to coincide with National Cancer Survivors Day, Variety has learned exclusively.

One of the new shows, “Destination Survival,” tackles common questions that arise after a cancer diagnosis. The series features celebrity cancer survivors such as Olivia Newton-John, Jaclyn Smith, Melissa Etheridge, Diahann Carroll, and Lisa Ray. Also featured are brothers Billy Baldwin and Danny Baldwin, whose mother Priya Dutt is a survivor; daughter of the late Bollywood star Nargis Dutt; oncologist Dr. Dennis Slamon; and Eastern medicine practitioner Dr. Deepak Chopra.

The streaming channel is a follow-up to Uniglobe’s campaign against cancer that started with its “1 a Minute” cancer documentary, currently out through Hulu and Warner Bros.
