Olivia Newton-John has revealed that she's "living well" following her diagnosis of stage four cancer.
Appearing on The Project with her daughter Chloe Lattanzi by her side, the Grease icon pumped both fists into the air when Lisa Wilkinson broached the subject, asking how her health was going.
"Fantastic!" she said. "I'm doing really well and thank you for all your love and support, I really appreciate it," she said, addressing fans around the country.
"It's stage four cancer?" Lisa asked, to which Olivia gave a firm, optimistic response.
"It was," she replied, adding that her "belief system was part of the healing".
Olivia explained that her last MRI had shown that "things are shrinking, going away or staying the same"."I’m living well with it, I’m going great," she said, before a huge round of applause from The Project audience.
Olivia was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992 with the cancer later returning in 2013. Four years later, she revealed her stage four diagnosis.
In 2012, the iconic actor lent her name to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research and Wellness Centre at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne -- which Chloe is hoping to win $50,000 for if she wins Dancing With The Stars.

Olivia Newton-John a révélé qu'elle "vivait bien" après son diagnostic de cancer de stade quatre.
Apparaissant sur The Project avec sa fille Chloe Lattanzi à ses côtés, l' icône Grease a soulevé les deux poings en l'air lorsque Lisa Wilkinson a abordé le sujet, lui demandant comment allait sa santé.
"Fantastique!" dit-elle. "Je vais très bien et je vous remercie pour tout votre amour et votre soutien, je l'apprécie vraiment", a-t-elle déclaré, s'adressant aux fans du australiens.
"C'est un cancer de stade quatre?" a demandé Lisa , à laquelle Olivia a donné une réponse ferme et optimiste.
"Ça l'était", a-t-elle répondu, ajoutant que son "système de croyances faisait partie de la guérison".
Olivia a expliqué que sa dernière IRM avait montré que "les choses rétrécissent, disparaissent ou restent inchangées".
"Je vis bien avec ça, je vais très bien", a-t-elle déclaré, avant une énorme salve d'applaudissements de la part du public du Projet .
