Cet hamburger est composé de saumon grillé dans du pain grillé brioché garni de laitue, tomate, oignon rouge, rémoulade de câpres, cresson et servi avec du chou frisé.
Le café sera l'hôte d'un déjeuner privé pour les survivants du cancer du sein.
En outre, tout au long du mois d'Octobre, une partie du produit des ventes du "Aussie Burger" sera redonné au Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Center.
Flamingo headliner singer Olivia Newton-John teams up with Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip on Wednesday in the fight against breast cancer.
The cafe will host a private luncheon for breast cancer survivors featuring Olivia’s signature Pinktober menu item the “Aussie Burger” — grilled salmon on toasted brioche bun topped with lettuce, tomato, shaved red onion, stone ground mustard, caper remoulade and micro watercress and served with kale Caesar side salad.
Proceeds from the luncheon benefit Making Strides Las Vegas as part of Hard Rock Cafe’s 16th annual Pinktober campaign. Additionally, throughout the month of October, a portion of proceeds from “Aussie Burger” sales will be donated to Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Center.
The North Las Vegas Fire Department will park a pink fire truck on the Strip in front of the Hard Rock Cafe all day. Dressed in pink turnouts, the firefighters will encourage supporters and survivors to stop by and sign the truck.
