Sony artists join forces for charity single

Jess Mauboy, Alli Simpson, Dami Im, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Samantha Jade and Jess Dunbar have been in the studio with dozens of other stars recording a We Are The World-style charity single for the Sony Foundation’s Friends4Youth campaign.

Released on Friday, proceeds from their version of the Beatles’ classic With A Little Help From My Friends will support life-changing programs. “This is about the music, moving them and helping people heal,” Mauboy said. “Bringing these artists together is doing just that and I feel very honoured to be a part of it.”
